We have ISO 9001:2000 accreditation. We like many of our customers opted to use the world renowned British Standards Institution (BSI) as our accreditation body, our products can therefore be supplied with the necessary certification and allowing full traceability of every product.
It is important for customers to have comfort in our Quality Procedure, so we only buy from reputable mills. Whilst material complaints are rare when they do occur, samples are analysed by the mill so that reports can be produced for customers.
In this way, any problem can be identified and dealt with promptly.
